Diet plan of Akshay Kumar The Khiladi Bhaiya in Hindi




Akshay Kumar ko Mr.Khiladi ke nam se bhi jana jata hai, vo isliye kyu ki unki body fit hai, vo apni body ko amnd energy level ko mentain rakhane k liye kya kya vo sab aaj aap janenge.

Akshay Kumar ko gar ka khana bahot achha lagata hai.

Akshay kumar’s day to day diet plan,

Akshay kumar’s breakfast : 2-3 Whole wheat parathas with little desi ghee + 1 glass of milk.

    Whole wheat parathas se unhe milta hai dryti fiber jo heart ki health ko achha rakhne me bahot fayade mand hai, sath me isme hota hai vitamin B, thaimen, ribo flimin, nisin, folet, aur minrals iron, magnacium and selenium  aur sath me protein bhi, Desi Ghee jo hai vo Joints ki Health ko achha rakhata hai, milk se milta hai bharpur matra me calcium jo ki bones aur teeth ki health ko improve karta hai, sathme isme hota hai protein jo ki mussels ki tissue ko rebuild karta hai aur repair karne me help karta hai, sath me isme hota hai potacium jise hamara blood pressure level healthy rehta hai aur maintain rehta hai.

After 2 Hours ( between breckfast and lunch )

Fruits ( Apple, Orange, Banana ) + Nuts ( Almonds & Walnuts )

Fruits digestion ko improve karte hai, Nuts se Omega 3 fati acids milta hai jo heart aur brain ki health ko improve karne k liye bahot achha hai.

Lunch of Akshay kumar’s : 1 cup dal + 1 cup Broun rise + some Steamed vegetables + 1 cup curd & sometimes 1 cheaken breast.

    Dal se high amount ka protein milta hai ditry fibers, protein mussel build karne me help karta hai, Broun rise se unhe milta hai bahot hi ache amount ka carbo hydroid jo ki blood sugar level ko maintain rakhane me help karta hai, Steamed vegetables se unge milta hai vitamin A-E-C, ye sare nutrition’s body me digestion ko improve karte hai, unki vajah se jo hamare hormone level main aur stabilized rehte hai, dahi se unhe milta hai calcium and potassium aur cheaken se unhe milta high class ka protein.

Akshay apna Dinner 06:30 se pehle kar lete hai.

Dinner of Akshay kumar ; 1 Bowl of light soup + Lightly Sautéed vegetables.

Agar Akshay kumar ko jyada bhukh lage to 1 egg omelet bhi kha lete hai.

Ye hai Akshay kumar ka pura Din ka diet plan.
